Shipping policy

Knowledgeforge sells digital products only. All guides are delivered as downloadable PDF files — nothing is physically shipped, so there are no shipping costs, no delivery addresses and no carriers involved.

After your payment is confirmed, your download link is displayed on the order confirmation page and sent automatically to the email address you entered at checkout. Delivery is normally instant; in rare cases it may take a few minutes.

Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout. If your download does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still isn’t there, email us at [your email address] and we will send your file directly.

Your files can be opened on any device that reads PDFs — phone, tablet, laptop or e-reader. We recommend downloading and saving a copy to your own device once you receive it.
